Warm, collaborative clinician who uses skill-based techniques to help you reduce distress and feel more connected in relationships.

CURRENT in-person/telehealth openings. Do you feel overwhelmed, worried, or stuck? Are you experiencing relationship challenges or wanting to build your self-confidence? Navigating your way through life’s challenges can be exhausting and lonely. I will provide you with the support and tools you need to gain a better understanding of your concerns, work through life’s challenges and confidently make the changes you need to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable, and aim to create a safe and and non-judgmental space for you to work through your worries. Throughout our work together, we will address present concerns and explore past experiences that may be contributing to current struggles. This will allow you to build self-awareness, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and change the ineffective thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of the life you want to live. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism, and disordered eating. I welcome and am actively affirming of all sexualities, gender identities and cultural backgrounds.
