LifeTree Counseling

Are you feeling like life is harder than usual right now? Do your relationships feel unfulfilling, or are you extra critical of yourself? If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, insecurity, difficulty feeling joy, or continually seeking a way to numb the pain; counseling may be right for you. You might be struggling with events in your past, your current life circumstances might feel impossible to overcome, or you have fears about the future. Imagine what it would be like to develop internal resilience, to feel happy again, to recognize the person you see in the mirror, to feel like you are in control of your life and decisions. I have been working in the feild of behavioral health for over 15 years, in a variety of treatment settings from inpatient, residential to crisis management to my current private practice setting. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to feel heard and validated, both challenged and empowered - a space where you can be exactly as you are. Together, we'll develop tools for coping with life in the present, heal from the past, and release worries of the future. I offer treatment for eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, boundaries, communication tools and more. Counseling can help you restore balance, and peace to your life. It is a process of self-discovery, compassion, curiosity and healing. Together we can safely explore and transform your pain. Invest, and give yourself the gift of true mental health.
