Arielle Emmett
Counselor, Psychotherapist
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, life transitions, and posttraumatic stress.
Your needs are important. Growing, changing, and facing your personal challenges are part of being human. You deserve support during that process and I'm here to help you! I will address your concerns with compassion and care. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the things that matter most to you. Therapy is the place where you can give yourself permission to focus on your own needs and feelings. As a therapist with both lived experience and clinical skills, I help individuals using a Person-Centered approach. I have training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Play Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Therapy. I work with both adults and children (ages 3-12).
