Anran Zhou
(She/Her/Hers)
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I help individuals, couples and families who want to feel seen and heard deepen connection with self, others and the world around us.
If you find you are struggling to believe you are enough, or to deal with the weight of racialized trauma, immigration, or cross-cultural issues, wishing for less anxiety or depression, or seeking less conflict and more peace in your relationships, I can help. I work with individuals, couples, families who want to feel seen and heard, and who long for a sense of belonging. I see people and relationships through anti-racist, intersectional feminist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed lenses. I have special expertise supporting members of Asian/Asian American communities, and navigating the relational dynamics of interracial/intercultural couples. Within a warm, affirming and empowering space, we'll examine the factors that shape your lived experiences, interrupt patterns that no longer serve you, and create the new possibilities. We’ll focus on building your strength and authenticity, aligning your value and experience, and allowing for deep connection with yourself, others, and the world around you. I look forward to hearing your stories and walking shoulder to shoulder with you along the daring yet worthwhile journey toward healing.
