All are welcome, none are judged. Offering a safe environment for healing and growth...
I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2009. I have found offering telemedicine services has not only allowed more people to have access to services, but has also created an environment in which "opening up" is less scary. I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques as well as talk therapy, positive therapy, and many others. I find it is important to adapt my therapy style to your needs. I also believe the client/therapist relationship is the most important aspect as to what makes therapy successful. If after a few sessions you do not feel we connect, I will help you find another therapist. This is your therapy and you do not need to waste time on something that is not working for you!
