I aim to provide a nurturing, nonjudgmental, compassionate, & supportive environment to support you with all the difficulties life may throw in your path.

Aloha, and welcome to Psychotherapy Hawaii! Therapy can often be a daunting and scary process for individuals. "What if my therapist doesn't understand me? Does this mean I have a problem? What if it doesn't help? I believe that change happens when one is given the guidance to draw on your own strengths and realize your potential to live a fulfilling, happy life. I integrate various models of therapy throughout my work including (but not limited to): person-centered, a "here-and-now" approach focusing on present feelings, developmental, strengths-based, and mindfulness techniques. I am experienced working with adolescents, adults, military, veterans, and military spouses/partners who are coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and family conflicts, trauma, self esteem difficulties, and other concerns. I have extensive experience with adolescents and trauma survivors. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you on this journey! I work with clients in both Hawaii (telehealth and in person) and New York (telehealth only).
