Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Supporting your journey to stronger relationships, self-acceptance, and lasting change.
Feeling disconnected, uncertain, or struggling in your relationships? Together, we’ll explore ways to reconnect, heal, and find fulfillment. My focus is on helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself and others, especially when life’s challenges, unresolved trauma, or past attachment wounds make this difficult. I specialize in treating relationship issues, personality disorders, anxiety, and complex trauma, with additional expertise in life transitions and emotional self-regulation. My experience includes building and leading Intensive Outpatient Programs, which taught me the importance of community and the power of shared healing experiences. I work with therapeutic methods like DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CBT, tailoring each to meet your specific goals. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful—I take time to understand your history, identify patterns, and create a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs. My approach is compassionate yet direct, helping you shift from unhelpful habits to effective coping skills. I believe in empowering you to nurture curiosity and self-acceptance, creating a foundation for meaningful change and connection.
