I work with young adults, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and grief in a safe, nurturing, and healing space.
I work with adults, young adults, and couples navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety and grief. I believe we are a collection of our life experiences. They can shape our perspectives and worldviews, especially those experiences that are most challenging. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, nurturing, and healing space to work collaboratively with clients while tailoring treatment specific to each and every client. I utilize a systemic, person-centered, strengths-based approach.
