If you're in search of a more balanced and fulfilling life, my experiential, nature-based approach could be the solution.

Traditional talk therapy isn't a fit for everyone. If you're in search of a more balanced and fulfilling life, and have faced challenges with therapy before, my experiential, nature-based approach could be the solution. I offer individual walk-and-talk sessions and group therapy courses that blend Adventure Therapy principles with somatic experiencing and Gestalt therapy techniques. Whether we're hiking in the woods, floating down a river, or meeting in my office or the yoga studio, my goal is to guide clients towards a more authentic life by deepening their self-awareness. I look forward to meeting you where you are, and finding out how, together, we can get you where you want to be. Schedule a free 15-minute virtual or in-person consultation to get started.
