I'm Amy and I am a Licensed Maters in Social Work. I have 15 years of experience working with adults who struggle with addiction in all forms, couples and families, anxiety, anger, LGBTQ concerns, and attachment resolution. I practice client-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as narrative therapy and some dialectical behavior therapy. My goal is to help you identify your barriers and work to overcome them!
