Connecting people to their courage, wisdom, and clarity through mindfulness, nature, and horses via telehealth and in person on the farm.

Currently seeing people at my farm just outside of Bahama & via telehealth. Asking for help is a courageous and vulnerable act. I believe that we all have an infinite capacity to heal and grow through our most difficult moments. I am here to provide support as you explore your difficult moments and help you create a life that aligns with your deepest values. I have spent 20+ years and thousands of hours helping others who have had a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, relationship issues, transitions, and trauma. Through mindful awareness, I help people understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I also provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy where the client works with the horses through specific activities based on their goals, and processes with me, allowing the client to discover things about themselves and move forward with their healing. Brene' Brown says we can't get to courage without moving through vulnerability, and I believe that is true. There is great power in acknowledging where we need help and taking those important steps to make life more meaningful and satisfying. Congratulations on coming this far.
