I am here to provide care and a safe space for students to address their challenges and work towards good mental health and healing.

Hello! I love working with students! As a mature person with a very youthful spirit, I find it very easy to connect to students while offering 16 years of experience as a therapist. I practice with a client-centered approach, meaning I meet you where you are at and work to understand your needs to help you to feel better. The therapy modalities I use include Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Spiritual Guidance. Commonly, these therapies work well when we combine them. I am experienced in and appreciate the diversity of working with all genders, ethnicities and the LGTBQ community. I truly care about ridding our world of trauma and hate. I believe that to do this we must learn how to grow, change and heal ourselves because healed people bring healing to others and the planet. Self-love is real; it's not just an idealistic concept. Reach out to me if you desire a tangible way to love and heal yourself.
