25 years in practice

My goal as a therapist is to help support and empower clients through challenging times. I welcome people of all backgrounds and do not discriminate.

I have been a counselor for over 20 years in schools, as well as in private practice. I pull from a variety of modalities and practices to create individualized approaches for all of my clients and love working with people from all over. I use mindfulness and energy work often to help bring about self-awareness and action within our lives and our relationships. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about me or my practice. I look forward to meeting you.
