Feel calm, confident, and capable again.
You want to appear successful and like you have it “all together,” but deep down, you are struggling to manage your overthinking, perform when it counts, or feel like you’re “enough." Maybe you work hard but still don’t get the results you are striving for. When this happens, you say mean things to yourself you would NEVER say to a friend. Or, you worry about something you said or did long after everyone else has forgotten about it. Furthermore, you aren’t always sure how you really feel or what to do with your emotions. You may question why things are so difficult when it seems like everyone else gets through life more easily. I specialize in helping driven young adults manage anxiety, improve sports performance, and gain self esteem. I emphasize collaboration and tweak my approach using your feedback. In session we start with your strengths, acknowledge culture and systems, and practice skills in-the-moment. We partner to meet your goals. Together, we will help you stop overthinking and comparing yourself so you can feel confident and “enough” in your sport or career. You already have the strengths and strategies to reach your goals; let’s discover and refine them together.
