Welcome! I believe in creating a safe and inviting environment for therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, addiction and trauma.

I work with children (6-10), teens, and young adults (18-25) with concerns around anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and substance use. I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach, giving you the freedom to determine what changes you want to make in your life. For child and adolescent clients, I believe in involving caregivers whenever possible, providing coaching and support along the way. If it sounds like I would be a good fit for you or your child, I would love to discuss further via a short phone consultation or scheduling through my website!
