Supporting you to feel more connected to yourself and others, feel whole, feel like you are capable and enough, and to trust yourself.

Whole Body Healing. We carry so much inside us and we can at times feel at odds with ourself and with others. Just not feeling settled in our own body. Feeling tension in our chest and shoulders; heaviness on our back and a pit in our stomach; just wanting relief and change in our body and how we feel. Integrating somatic work into talk therapy, we can work to come home to ourselves so we experience life more vibrantly. My approach is somatic and intersectional, being aware of your identities, family, culture, generational, historical and ongoing trauma that impacts many of our communities as well as the wisdom and resiliency that has been passed on. Together we can move and find your flow. We can weave together all the parts of you that feel hidden, rejected, hurt, afraid, and bring them into view in a supportive way. I am a Mixed Race, Mexican, Second Generation immigrant, Queer, Cisgender, Femme and am excited to have the honor to work with you. Emailed preferred if you'd like to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
