I have been doing therapy with individuals and families for several years and have worked in a variety of settings, including office, virtual, schools, etc. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I offer caring and intentional support to my clients and meet them where they’re at. I have lots of experience working with all kinds of aspects mental health and I value autonomy and empowerment of my clients first and foremost. I believe that telling your story and being heard and seen, with genuine compassion and empathy, is a valuable key to healing and positive change. I look forward to being able to support you in whatever phase of life you find yourself in.
