The answers are within you. My role in therapy is to provide a space safe enough and the tools for you to uncover them.

Born and raised in Nanjing, China, Christie moved to the United States as a teenager in pursuit of a life that’s most authentic for her. Christie attended Tufts University where she earned her B.S. in Psychology, with a concentration in Clinical Psychology. After a few years of working in clinical research at an area hospital, she went on to earn her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and became an independent Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) soon thereafter. She specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem issues, family conflicts including domestic violence and intimate partner violence. Employing her native proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese allows her to extend culturally sensitive mental health care to Asian American communities where stigma around mental health continues to prevail. Her goal is to help clients heal from cultural, systemic, and generational trauma, and lead their lives in an authentic and fulfilling way.
