Victoria Ranade
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I specialize in working with young adults, teens, and college students. I also provide highly specialized care for women's mental health.
I created my practice, Hope+Wellness, based on my philosophy that hope can be found even in the most difficult seasons of life. I believe that people need hope and resilience to set goals and affect change, to persevere in the face of life challenges and thrive. My approach is simple — to provide exceptional psychotherapy services to empower people to live happier, healthier lives. At Hope+Wellness, I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, and other premier evidence-based treatments. I specialize in working with children (8+), adolescents, adults, and their families. I also provide highly specialized care for women's mental health and wellness across the lifespan. My offices are located in Falls Church/Arlington, and McLean, VA as well as Washington DC. As soon as you come to my practice, you will find a comfortable and calming atmosphere that will put your mind at ease. I believe that practicing good wellness invites greater peace, focus, and balance. It's natural to have questions, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
