Ugonma Anyanya

Ugonma is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the Dallas, Tx area. She received a Bachelor's in Psychology & Sociology from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. She specializes in depression, grief, anxiety, personality disorders, and couples counseling. Ugonma works to help her clients achieve their best possible self and develop everyday coping skills. She uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to allow her clients to become more self-aware with their actions, emotions, and feelings.
