Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
At Frame of Mind Therapy, let's work together to create a more fulfilling existence.
Does it get any better? Yes it does. Somewhere between research and providing practical solutions to complicated problems is where my work comes into focus. My name is Tyron Slack, LCSW in the Tallahassee area. After working with a wide population of people including our homeless military Veterans, children, and adults of all ages, and feeling the tremendous mental toll of the past decade, I decided to work with individuals to provide tangible and practical tools to the challenges they face. I am especially equipped to use a variety of resources to better understand the complexity between one’s identity, and its helpfulness or hindrance to living a fulfilled life. Utilizing the framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I specialize in working with young and middle-aged adults, in depression, anxiety, and transitions in life. For the things you can control, let’s work together to make a more fulfilling existence.
