My Mental Health Professional journey began as a Client. I found myself so inspired by my Therapy experience, I knew I wanted a career providing the same for others. Whether our work surrounds symptoms of depression or anxiety, ADHD, life changes/transitions, trauma, identity, self-esteem, or stressors related to work, school, family, or relationships; I believe strongly that personal growth requires having a supportive someone in our corner. I would love to be that unbiased person for you, providing a therapeutic space that is individualized and collaborative and having your best-interest and life goals as our top priority.
