With therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness, I work to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and emotions in a healing way. I also integrate strengths-based and attachment-focused approaches, supporting you in building resilience and fostering deeper self-awareness. Movement, as well as body-centered techniques, play an important role in helping release stored trauma and shift patterns that no longer serve you.
