The most important relationship you have is with yourself. My goal is to support you in finding healing and wholeness by re-connecting you with who you really are at the core. There may be roadblocks on your unique journey, and together we'll explore them so that you can move into your best life, with awareness and peace. My approach is based on relationship, as it is essential to me that you feel safe in the therapy process. I utilize mindfulness to enhance self-awareness, and EMDR to resolve trauma that might be standing in your way. I also offer ecotherapy / nature guiding on trails in and around Madison, allowing nature to help us facilitate healing. I received my MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in 2013. This was a contemplative education focused on mindfulness, body-awareness, and spirituality as a means towards growth. I'm happy to support you by discussing spiritual experiences, exploration, and growth.
