Thomas Wilkin
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I work alongside my clients to establish treatment goals that are effective and authentic to you. Treatment modalities utilized include MI, CBT, and EMDR.
Becoming a mental health provider stemmed from a personal journey of self-discovery and healing. In seeking to fix myself first, I found a passion for the tools and strategies that promote well-being. This journey not only led to my own growth and resilience, but also ignited a commitment to help others navigate their struggles. By combining personal insight with professional knowledge, I aim to empower individuals on their paths to healing, fostering a supportive and compassionate environment where transformation can take place. My focus lies in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction concerns. I am passionate about aiding individuals grappling with relationship difficulties. Including adult children who seek to reshape their relationship with their parents. I work alongside my clients, engaging in a collaborative effort to establish treatment goals that are effective and authentic to you. In order to address your unique needs, I draw upon a range of modalities such as motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR. I am accepting new clients for October 2024.
