My style is open and relational. I like to smile and use humor, but I will tell it like it is with compassion as well. I enjoy helping people overcome imposter syndrome, navigate life changes, and figure out the best next step forward. I have experience with helping people of color navigate stressful work situations, including dealing with microaggressions, and figuring out how to survive or exit a toxic work environment.
