15 years in practice

I treat adult clients in CA and VA via telehealth and have over 15 years experience in the field and have worked at several college counseling centers.

I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders and work with my clients in a non-judgmental and empathic manner. I want you to feel understood and have a different relationship with your thoughts while adapting old coping skills that aren't working for you anymore. I also want to help you identify and connect with your values. I use evidenced based treatments and offer a variety of different techniques so you can have options that fit your individual needs. I was a Navy Psychologist and received additional specialized trauma, anxiety, and depression treatment training but have worked with a wide range of concerns. I also am trained in Exposure and Ritual Prevention for OCD. I use evidenced based treatments (those researched and studied to be effective) to help clients meet their goals and start thriving. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations and can do so this week. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
