(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I'm always striving to create a safe environment, free of judgment, where I can grow with clients in the client-therapist relationship. I see clients 18+
The Well Space Therapy exists because I have a passion for working with people to help them move through the difficult experiences that life throws our way. Despite what we often tell ourselves, we are not meant to do this work alone. My hope is to create space where you feel like you can show up vulnerably and be your full authentic self. Our work is collaborative and requires you to show up to sessions present and ready to work. I can’t give you the answers, but we can work together to help you explore where change and growth are possible. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in 2014, and have spent most of my career in group private practice, working primarily with individual adults, teens, and couples. I use a variety of therapy modalities in my work and tailor them to each clients unique needs. Some modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as mindfulness.
