Hello! I am honored to be considered as a support on your healing journey. A little about me: I take a laid-back, informal approach with clients because I want you to feel comfortable and accepted. I will work with you to explore and identify your goals and what interventions are best and preferable for you and your specific needs. You are welcome to choose a specific therapy, such as EMDR, Ego States, CBT, MI, etc.; or choose to be more fluid, incorporating skills and interventions from various therapies. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, life transitions, grief & loss, OCD, domestic/interpersonal violence, a suspected personality disorder, or various other challenges or concerns, my goal is to meet you where you are with acceptance and warmth and work together to achieve your goals for optimal mental wellness and a meaningful life. I also enjoy incorporating humor, when appropriate, as levity helps lift the spirits; this world is heavy enough, right? Let's do the hard work together with purpose, intentionality, compassion, and positive expectation for your success! You CAN do this! With warm support, Susan
