Stephanie Smolinski

I was led into the mental health field through my own journey with therapy during college. I help with academic issues, childhood emotional neglect, grief and loss, life transitions, non-suicidal self-injury, nutrition and mental health, self-harm, and spirituality and religious identity. I believe that the healing power of therapy is found in relationships and connections with others. I use cognitive behavioral, humanistic, narrative, strengths-based, solution-focused therapies, and motivational interviewing. I create a safe, secure, compassionate environment to work collaboratively toward your goals. I was born and raised in the Midwest and have never tired of California’s beauty. I stay active by biking, running, or gardening, but I also enjoy getting lost in a good book or movie and exercising my love of trivia.
