She is a graduate of the University of Rochester where she earned a Master’s Degree in Health and Community Services; she later attended Syracuse University where she received her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Stefani’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, family of origin and relationship issues, grief and loss, stress management, anxiety, and depression. She is a well-rounded social worker and pulls from several different modalities including CBT, mindfulness and, strength-based therapy. Stefani is adept at gaining trust, rebuilding family dynamics and, developing sustainable solutions. Stefani has worked in public, private, and non-profit organizations offering therapy at hospitals, schools, and outpatient settings. Stefani helps individuals achieve their treatment goals utilizing their inner strength and resources.
