Sorayda Chorzempa
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I consider myself down-to-earth, open-minded, and compassionate. I have in-person or virtual appointments available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
I help over-thinkers, perfectionists, and those feeling overwhelmed find balance and learn ways to manage their stress. I support those that are grieving as they endure the deep pain that comes with life-altering events such as divorce, betrayal, or death. I guide those with anxiety towards relief from their overactive nervous systems. With a down-to-earth and compassionate approach, I provide a safe environment where clients can embark on a meaningful & healing journey. Regardless of who I work with, I am dedicated to fostering a profound sense of self-worth to empower each individual to recognize and embrace their inherent value. Working through mostly an Attachment Theory lens, we will explore how your past experiences have impacted your present-self. We will identify your strengths and weaknesses, set goals for growth, establish healthy boundaries, and learn coping skills that are catered to you. I am here to support and validate your feelings and experiences as you navigate through various challenges, seasons, and emotions that life may bring you. My hope is that while working with me, you will discover beauty in the midst of ashes as we strive towards your healing goals.
