I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique paths toward greater balance, resilience, and fulfillment. My specialties include anxiety particularly when linked to perfectionism and/or ADHD; identifying/setting/affirming boundaries; relationship anxieties & insecurities; healing attachment styles & wounds affecting relationships with self, friends, family, and partners; infidelity & betrayal trauma; and grief. My therapy approach is primarily grounded in attachment theory, which views early relationships with caregivers as shaping present-day patterns of connection, trust, and emotional regulation. We'll explore past experiences to identify attachment wounds and understand how your attachment style manifests today—in relationships, self-perception, and coping—to foster greater security, self-awareness, & self-worth. I integrate CBT for practical tools, Gestalt for present-moment awareness, and Person-Centered principles for a warm, empathetic space.
