Sorayda Chorzempa
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I have openings for virtual or in-person Mondays - Wednesdays. Beginning on January 9th, I will open slots on Thursdays to see clients virtually!
I have more than a decade of experience working with individuals of all age groups and I am comfortable addressing a wide variety of emotional and behavioral needs. My expertise is best suited for working with high school and college-aged students, as well as young adults. I am passionate about supporting women as they navigate through the various challenges and emotions that come with different life stages and roles. As your counselor, we will explore your attachment style, experiences, dysfunctional thinking patterns, and/or negative belief systems to better regulate your emotions and behaviors. We will identify your strengths and weaknesses, set goals for growth, identify and set healthy boundaries, and create a toolbox filled with strategies and coping skills designed to offset symptoms of stress, anxiety, or sadness. My passion is empowering people on their healing journeys. I am dedicated to helping individuals find peace. My hope is that while working with me, you will discover beauty in the midst of ashes as we strive towards your healing goals. I am humbled to be entrusted with intimate parts of people's stories and I look forward to being a part of yours.
