Sharon Bradley
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I listen, act, and transform. I only use evidenced based psychotherapies that often return clients to better functioning in a shorter period of time.
Hello. My name is Sharon BradIey, I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist. I have worked in a variety of settings, from outpatient homebased treatment, Employee Assistance Program, Department of Veterans Affairs, and now I am in private practice. My approach to treatment, is that I only use evidenced based psychotherapies (EBP) in my practice, as EBPs are designed to be goal oriented, time-limited, structured and with evidence to support their effectiveness in reducing the impact of the problem area. The skills that I teach and the tools that I deliver, often return individuals to better functioning in a shorter period of time. And those skills and tools can often be applied to similar situations in the future. I will hold you accountable for the change you said you wanted, by being direct, assigning out of session practice, and taking assessment measurements. Why? Because I want your time with me to be productive and transformative!
