Prioritizing your mental health and emotional wellbeing is an act of love. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to facilitate this process.

In the therapeutic process, we work together to create a space to access your wisdom, reflect and expand self-awareness. If there are old patterns that are no longer serving you, I am here to provide support and guidance as you explore new ways of being. Through the use of DBT, CBT, mindfulness and somatic interventions, I provide treatment services to adults affected by anxiety, depression, emotional abuse, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, religious trauma, racial and sexual identity, adult children of emotionally immature parents, being connected to someone living with a substance use disorder, and examining your relationship to substances. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience who is committed to creating an environment that is respectful and affirming of all abilities, races, genders and sexual orientations. I believe in the importance of creating a relationship based on compassion and non-judgement. I am licensed for telehealth in North Carolina and South Carolina.
