Sean-Michael (Sean) Green
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I seek to help clients on their lifelong journey of self-discovery and to help them navigate the struggles, anxieties, and traumas that come along the way
My goal is ultimately to help you identify what's meaningful in your life, from the ambitions you seek to accomplish to the challenges you strive to overcome. Using a multicultural/person-centered perspective, I want to help you navigate all of the difficulties that you may face regarding depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity-related issues. It is also extremely important to me that social justice and identity affirmation underscore therapy, as well as being mindful of how systems of oppression and marginalization may have impacted you. I am also fully trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma-focused and evidence-based approach to therapy that can be significantly helpful in directly addressing and working through traumatic events and the distress that they've caused. Clients of all identities and backgrounds are welcome!
