Engage, enchant and elevate. Let go of emotional suffering with mindfulness, DBT, and faith-based principles and practices.

I do my best to offer therapy that is compassionate and effective, offering mindfulness and faith-based options, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have twenty-three years of experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I completed DBT intensive training with Marsha Linehan, Ph.D., and Linda Dimeff, Ph.D., in 2000 in Seattle, WA.
