Sarah Lindsey

I am looking forward to meeting you! I enjoy working with a wide range of people, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, spiritual exploration, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with people who struggle with mental health concerns that accompany autoimmune disease, chronic illness or other health challenges, and people who identify as gifted or highly sensitive. My approach is to work with you to develop your inner voice and connection with self. I love working with people from all cultural backgrounds and am curious to understand and empower your cultural experience. I welcome members of the LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent folks, non-monogamous folks/relationships and anyone who has questions or concerns around sexuality and intimate relationships. Personally, I am in an inter-cultural marriage and have a young child.
