I bring a compassionate, understanding, and solution-focused approach to therapy, which is also client-centered and trauma-informed.

I will challenge you to work toward tangible outcomes so you can see direct improvement in day-to-day life. I work with all ages, with specific expertise in anxiety, women’s health, child/adolescent health, and trauma with adults. I also have years of experience helping clients cope with women’s issues, antepartum and postpartum mood disorders, adoption and foster care, fertility challenges, infant/pregnancy loss, pregnancy and childbirth, family problems, domestic violence, and sexual assault and abuse. As a former healthcare employee, I also specialize in counseling for first responder issues, compassion fatigue, caregiver/provider burnout, hospice and end of life, grief/loss, chronic illness, and more. Clinical approaches include client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. Therapy is a hard first step to take and I am here for you and will offer a personalized approach to your care that will help you thrive.
