Certified Trauma Professional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Psychotherapist
Welcome to Purple Pen Therapy.Your space for clarity, healing, recovery and wellness. ✨You deserve the opportunity to write your own story, on your terms✨
I am a licensed clinical social worker and as a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping adults gain more clarity, healing, wellness and recovery in their lives by learning how to cope with anxiety, depression, major life transitions, codependency, grief, loss and trauma. I am so glad you are starting your therapy journey and have chosen me to be your therapist. I believe in empowering people to make the changes they want to see in their lives through a focus on strengths and resilience. I view therapy as a collaborative effort between therapist and client to understand and change what is not working in your life. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress and/or general feelings of being stuck. We'll work collaboratively and I use techniques such as Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)) in order to help you achieve your identified goals.
