I have worked with long-term military and first responders, pre-marital couples, relationship issues, phobias, somatic issues, chronic health conditions, substance abuse & grief/loss. I can integrate Christian and faith-based counseling, upon request. I believe in therapy being client-led, culturally sensitive, and empathetic, and understand how pressures in life create difficulty coping with stressors. These stressors can cause relationship struggles. My passion lies in the hope of the therapeutic process providing healing from past trauma and restoration.
