I strive to create a non-judgmental, warm, and individualized space for each client to share and explore their unique story and struggles.

I utilize a person-centered approach to create space for each client to process the past, meet problems as they arise in the present, and prepare for the future. Throughout my experience as a counselor, I have observed each of my client's innate wisdom and resiliency. I believe my role as your therapist is to provide support and guidance to elicit answers that align with your values and life experiences. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and have been a licensed counselor in Arizona since 2016. Throughout my practice, I have specialized in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction (both behavioral and chemical). I provide inclusive care for all, including members of marginalized communities and those who identify as LGBTQ+. Healing can be both a very challenging process and an incredibly rewarding journey. Throughout your healing journey, it is important that you feel heard, understood, and supported! Please reach out via email or phone to schedule your free 15-minute consultation or initial appointment.
