Rachel Porter
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I am a Health at Every Size therapist who welcomes and affirms all identities in my practice. I'm fat-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and EMDR Trained.
Everyone needs help sometimes. The folks who are most likely to get that help in sessions with me are healing from any number of things- eating disorders, diet culture, trauma, or just the act of living through some truly unprecedented times and experiences. Clients always benefit the most from therapy when they are motivated to work on things important to them rather than something someone else has identified as a "problem," and working with me you'll find someone who will honor that. I work only with adult clients, age 25+.
