Then, I'll help you learn and practice new skills to repair issues quickly and feel more at ease when thrown off balance. I use my training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to target negative interaction patterns that have been fueling your conflicts so that you can reunite with fondness and admiration for each other.
