I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and value collaborating with clients to get them where they want to be.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. I feel passionate about supporting my clients move towards better health and wellness. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to process and work through their struggles, as well to recognize and build on their strengths. I combine a wide array of approaches in my work but generally am very inter-personally focused. I deeply value the relationship that I build with my clients as a means of identifying and working through interpersonal struggles. I help clients understand and work through challenges with communication, boundaries, and safety in their relationships. One way I do this is by helping clients re-frame and challenge distorted beliefs and thoughts to move towards better mental health and healing. I am very strength based and always strive to help my clients identify the qualities that set them apart. In light of this I have sought advanced training including TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to better support clients in their healing process.
