Nora Judeh
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I'm here to help support you through life's journey!
My experience ranges from providing services to individuals, couples, and families coming from different walks of life and backgrounds that come into session with an array of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life changes, family/relationship concerns and trauma. Understanding that everyone has different needs and concerns, my goal is to provide a culturally informed focus that empowers my clients. As a second-generation Muslim-American, I fully understands the importance of providing a safe and comfortable space for members of my community seeking wellness and mental health resources. I believe that no two people are exactly alike, which is why I tailors my sessions to the specific needs and values that my clients bring into therapy. I do this by utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based, and the Gottman Method, all while looking through a trauma-informed lens. I believe therapy is a powerful avenue for individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I strive to provide a humanistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the whole individual, all while maintaining a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for my clients.
