Nancy Juscamaita

I am passionate about helping women and LBGTQ+ individuals who struggle with anxiety and perfectionism reconnect with their inner calm and find joy in the present moment. I love to offer a safe and compassionate space to those who can be very hard on themselves and wish to find a more loving and accepting way of relating to themselves and the world around them. Together, we will explore the source of that negative voice and also arm you with the tools you need to feel empowered and to be able to thrive. I enjoy helping people navigating all kinds of transitions, and those who may not be sure of what their next step is. People hoping to find a romantic partner, going through divorce, making a big move, changing careers... I believe that moments of uncertainty can give us great opportunities to learn how strong we are and to help us grow and get to places we did not think possible before. I also love working with people who are new to the US, or people whose parents grew up outside of the US. Having been born and raised in South America, I know firsthand how it feels to navigate different cultures, and how fascinating and at the same time challenging that can be.
