I’m a solution-focused, results-oriented counselor with a passion for helping people in the most efficient yet comprehensive manner possible.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of clinical experience. I am also an author of books on parenting, relationships and depression. I specialize in helping clients manage and reduce depression, anxiety and OCD. I also enjoy working with sleep-related troubles and am trained in CBT-I for insomnia by PESI. I meet with clients Mondays through Fridays via a secure remote platform. If you think we'd be a good fit, call or email to schedule a free brief phone consultation or simply schedule your first session on our website, SteffenCounselingServices.com.
