Hello! My name is Melissa Urbanek. I am passionate about mental health, and I love being a therapist. I have worked in the field for 16 years. The settings I have worked in are Day Treatment and Private Practice. I am client centered and solution focused. The approaches I use most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention, Strengths Based, Positive Psychology, Relaxation Training and Psychoeducation. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome!
