A laid back and accepting therapist who helps you be kinder to yourself and overcome life's challenges using an effective blend of validated techniques.

Anxiety, self-criticism, depression, perfectionism and many other mental health issues can be debilitating and prevent you from living the life you want. You may feel stuck, hopeless, or overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions. You may also have difficulty in your relationships, work, or school. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. Many people struggle with these issues, and there is hope for change. As an experienced therapist, I can help you conquer anxiety and self-criticism with a laid back and accepting approach. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and that you have the potential to grow and heal. I will work with you to understand your unique situation, goals, and strengths. I will also provide you with tools and strategies to cope with stress, challenge negative thoughts, and improve your self-esteem. I use a blend of person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and emotionally focused techniques to help you achieve lasting change. I work with individuals and families ages 12 and up. Whether you need support for yourself or your loved ones, I am here to help.
