Mary Ruth Roberts is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2000. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, she began training in Nutrition. Mary became a Registered Dietitian for many years while continuing to work in Mental Health. Mary offers a variety of evidence-based practices such as training in CBT, CPT, Certified in The Neuro Change Method, and other evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Mary has worked with adolescents and adults for more than 20 years and provided a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy. Outside of work, Mary began her interest in oil painting years ago and has challenged herself with learning new painting skills from time to time. Other interests are walking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
